Burt’s Bees Baby Beekeeper™ Zipper Replacement Program
For Beekeeper wearable blankets with a one-way zipper
We stand by the quality of our products and want your experience to be seamless. If the zipper mechanism on your Beekeeper wearable blanket breaks during regular use, we’re happy to help with a replacement—provided the item was used within the weight, length, and age range indicated on the packaging, and washed according to care instructions (inside out, with the zipper fully closed).
This program only applies to the mechanical function of the zipper—meaning issues with zipping or unzipping due to a fault in the slider or track.
It does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by washing with the zipper open, or issues related to stitching or broken zipper teeth caused by improper care or use.
To request a replacement, please complete the Product Inquiry Form and provide the following:
Photos of the Beekeeper (one full item photo and one close-up of the zipper area)
Item size
PO # and Date (found under the care tag)
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number, or store receipt)
Your full contact details, including shipping address and phone number
Please note:
Missing or incomplete information may delay processing or follow-up.
Replacements are only available in the original size and will be issued after the original Beekeeper is returned.
If the original pattern is no longer available, a similar style will be substituted at our discretion.
Once we receive and approve all required documentation, we’ll arrange for the original item to be returned to our headquarters. Once we receive the original Beekeeper, we'll ship you a replacement.
