How do I find and redeem my rewards? 

Below is an example of how you can navigate to see how to find and redeem your points

I can't see my points in my account, why not? 

Not seeing your points in your account? first, check a few things

• Were you logged into your account with the email you are using?
• Log out and back in using the email used to place the order  (note we are not able to merge our transfer points from one email to another)?
• If you checked out as a guest points are not automatically awarded and you will need to contact our support department 
• Has your order shipped?  Points are awarded 24-48 hours post-shipment 
• If you have left a review, note  It can take up to 48 business hours for Honeybee reward points for purchases to be posted to your account.  Points for review can take up to 14 days for the review to post and points to be awarded.

If you are still having issues, please CONTACT US and provide:

• Your name and email used to place the order
• The order number and date shipped 
• Any additional information or content needed 

Do Points Expire?

Can I transfer or merge points from different emails?

No,  Points are not transferrable and cannot be merged nor gifted.  For full Terms & Conditions click HERE

What happens to my Honeybee Reward Points if I make a return or cancel my order?
If you cancel an order before it ships, your points will not be deducted. However, if you use Honeybee Reward Points for purchase and later return an item(s) from that order, the points used will be forfeited.

Exclusions:  

The Baby Bee Box®, Take Me Home Gift Sets, Bath Time Gift Sets, Sleep Time Gift Sets, Cosy Canopy, and skincare and body care are excluded from all sales, coupons, and promotions.
