How do I cancel my order?Updated 4 months ago

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

To cancel your order you will have to do so in writing from the email used to place the order within 1 (one) hour from the time it was placed to [email protected] or submit a request via a contact form HERE 

Please don't forget to include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

By making a request does not guarantee we will be able to cancel it.   Since orders are charged at the time of placement, it can take up to 24 business hours to process your cancelation and the date the funds are credited back to your original form of payment will vary based on your bank or card company.
