Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

**You will need the order ID # (starting with 100) and the exact email used to place the order**
**During peak sale periods, orders may require additional processing time before shipment**
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
You can also elect to opt-in to SMS/Text alerts at the time of checkout.
Please note our carriers can take up to 8-12 business* days with standard or free shipping for your order once in transit.
Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO & US Territories are not eligible for free or standard shipping
What if my label has not had a scan?
If a shipping label has been generated for your package, but you haven't received tracking information yet sometimes there's a delay between label creation and the carrier picking up the package. Rest assured, we anticipate your order will ship within the expected timeframe.
As we work with third-party carriers, we're unable to initiate a claim or trace until the expected transit time has passed. We appreciate your patience and understanding

- Ground: 3-6 Business* days (not available for PO Boxes)
- Priority: 2-3 Business* days (not available for PO Boxes)
