How do I update my address?Updated a year ago

We can make an address change if processing has not yet begun.  Please contact us immediately with the Order Number (starting with 100) from the email used to place the order and provide the full name, address, city-state, and zip code your order needs to ship. 

Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to an incorrect or insufficient address. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
