Did your gift not work for your little bee?

Eligible Items:

• Items must be purchased through the Burt's Bees Baby site.
• Items must be unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
• If the item was part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned.
• Specific promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
• Gift returns are processed as store credit for the original purchase value of the merchandise.
• All gift returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and must be requested within 30 days of the original order receipt.
• If the gift giver's information is unavailable and the item is still in stock and not marked as final sale, store credit for the lowest sale price within the past 30 days will be issued.
