My shipment is showing as delivered but I didn't receive it?

Please allow a minimum of 2 business days after the package has been marked as delivered to see if it surfaces. It's possible that the carrier may have marked it delivered prematurely, or it could have been accidentally delivered to your neighbor. If this is the case, it typically arrives within the next few days! Please remember to thoroughly check all areas where packages and mail are typically received.

After contacting the carrier, please reach out to us by submitting an inquiry within 7-10 days of the noted delivery date.

Order number
Tracking #
Noted delivery date/time
Verified delivery address
Any special instructions (parcel locker, doorman, mailroom, etc.)
If a photo was attached confirming if the residence is yours or not

What if my product is being returned to the sender?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once in transit, we cannot redirect shipments to a new or different address. If your order is returned for an invalid or incorrect address your order will be returned to stock and the order will be refunded less any shipping charges.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
