Not all my items were in my shipment?Updated 4 months ago

I'm missing an item from my shipment 

We strive to only ship one package for your order!  However, it is possible your shipment was split based on product availability, and that the missing items may be shipped when they become available. Your packing slip will include a list of all products included in your shipment any item not included we be noted as "0" 

If an item was back ordered you will see it noted on your shipping confirmation.  

To report an incomplete shipment, please contact us.  Please provide your order number and the item(s) missing. 

We do everything we can to ensure that your experience is a good one!  We will do everything we can to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Item(s) is showing on backorder

What does a "0" on my packing slip mean?

If you see a "0" next to an item on your packing slip, it means that the item is currently on backorder and was not included in your shipment.

Why is my item on backorder?

An item can be placed on backorder due to high demand or temporary supply issues. We are working diligently to restock and fulfill your order as soon as possible.

When can I expect my back ordered item to be shipped?

We aim to restock backordered items as quickly as possible. Once the item is back in stock, it will be shipped to you immediately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

 Will I be charged extra shipping fees for the back ordered item?

No, you will not be charged additional shipping fees for back ordered items. Any backordered items will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Can I cancel my backordered item?

Yes, you can cancel a back ordered item if you no longer wish to wait for it. Please contact our customer service team to process the cancellation and discuss refund options.
