RETURN TO SENDER

If you've received a package marked as "Return to Sender," the delivery was unsuccessful and has been sent back to us. This can happen for various reasons, such as an incorrect address, a recipient refusal, or a failure to collect the package within the designated time frame.  Common Reasons for Return to Sender

  • Incorrect Address: The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
  • Recipient Not Available: The delivery was attempted, but no one was available to receive it.
  • Refusal by Recipient: The recipient refused to accept the package.
  • Unclaimed Packages: The package was not collected from the post office or delivery point within the required time frame.

Reshipping the Package: If it was our error: We will reship the package at no additional cost. If it was your error: We may ask you to cover the shipping costs for resending the package. Refund Options: If you prefer not to have the package reshipped, we can process a refund for your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
