Standard Return Policy
Policy Overview: You can return items within 30 days from the original delivery date (as noted on the delivery tracking), provided they meet the return conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions:
- New and Unworn: Items must be unwashed, free from debris (including pet hair), and have original tags or packaging. If you purchased a product as part of a set, the entire set must be returned.
- Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
- Return Window: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the original delivery date.
- Exclusions: Items that are Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you believe your item(s) have a manufacturing defect or damage, you can submit a request HERE.
Return Requirements:
- Pre-authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized. To initiate your return, click HERE.
- Condition: Items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Exclusions: Final Sale items, The Baby Bee Box, Baby Bee Bags, and gift cards cannot be returned. Some specialty products and giveaways may have separate return conditions.
Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted for return.

The fine print:
Your return will expire two (2) weeks from the issue date, please return back promptly as we cannot reauthorize expired returns. Any items received that do not meet the conditions, do not have prior authorization, or are outside of the timeframe will not be refunded, credited, or returned. Please note we do not process exchanges and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We are committed to upholding the excellence of our product. If you have a quality concern about an item, contact us by using the REPORT QUALITY button above. For an item with a quality issue, we will gladly offer you a merchandise credit for the purchase price or provide a replacement of the same style and size. In this context, quality pertains to any defects concerning the fabric, construction (including zipper, snaps or buttons), or product trim. Items that have or show wear and tear, shrinkage within 2-5%, or simply do not fit are not considered defective.
We do not accept returns for items not purchased on burtsbeesbaby.com. If you bought a Burt's Bees Baby product from anywhere other than burtsbeesbaby.com, please reference the return policy of the company you bought it from.
