What is your shipping policy?Updated 11 days ago

Orders with Ground or Priority shipping that are placed on a weekday (excluding weekends and holidays) after 1 pm ET will be shipped within 1- 3 business days*. Business days are Monday- Friday and exclude holidays.   

**During peak sale periods, orders may require additional processing time before shipment, and certain expedited shipping methods may not be available**

Note that standard shipments can take anywhere from  4-12 business days and can be delivered by USPS or FedEx.  Transit times can vary.  Please note our carrier partners ship to the address entered at checkout. We do not guarantee any delivery that has incorrect shipping information or is not delivered on time due to severe weather or acts of nature that delay the carrier.  

Shipping rates and times are based on method, total weight, and destination from our Denver (Aurora), CO facility.  We offer several shipping levels to fit your needs:

  • Standard can take up to 8-12 Business* days
  • Ground: 3-6 Business* days (not available for PO Boxes) 
  • Priority: 2-3 Business* days  (not available for PO Boxes)

**We are unable to ship to Canada (including Canadian P.O. Boxes)

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Priority and Ground shipping will process within one (1) to two (2) Business Days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. *

INTERNATIONAL 

We are unable to ship to non-US-based addresses, including Canada and Canadian P.O. Boxes

FREIGHT/PARCEL FORWARDERS

While we may accept freight or parcel forwarder addresses at checkout, please note that using these services is at your own risk. Burt's Bees Baby is not responsible for packages shipped to these addresses. As a result, items reported as damaged, missing, or not received cannot be replaced or refunded. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS 

We will ship your order to the address you provide at checkout. If your device automatically fills in your address, please double-check that it’s the correct one for delivery.

If you realize that the mailing address is incorrect after placing your order, please CONTACT US  immediately. Include your order number and the updated shipping address in your email, and send it as soon as you notice the error.  Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, but sometimes they may be fulfilled the same day. If the address is incorrect and your order has already been processed and shipped, we unfortunately cannot be responsible for the loss. Refunds for the product or shipping costs are not available for orders with incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once in transit, we cannot redirect shipments to a new or different address. If your order is returned for an invalid or incorrect address, your order will be returned to stock, and the order will be refunded less any shipping charges. 

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
You may only ship to one address per order.  If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Please note that if you refuse your order or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
