What should I do if the system cannot find my order?Updated 12 days ago

If you encounter an issue where your order cannot be found, it may be due to a typo in the email address used at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the email address once you check out, especially if the order was placed as a guest. Please ensure the correct email is used for future orders to avoid any inconvenience.

Please CONTACT US and provide all of the following so we can best assist:  

  • Date of the transaction and the exact amount showing on your bank or credit card: 
  • Full bill to name and address
  • A full ship to name and address
  • possible alternate email address used to place order
