Happy Returns requires each returns bar drop to be 9 items or less per QR code. To maintain the free return option, kindly split your return of 10 items or more into 2 separate returns. You will have 2 (or more depending on the quantity of your return items) emails with separate QR codes.
If you would prefer to return all items in one transaction, a return label (at the cost of the customer) can be used. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
