Why does my order say its on hold?Updated a year ago
Our payment processor has put the order on hold and requires additional information before they can approve the payment. If you can please confirm all of the following within 24 hours of the hold notification:
- Is this order being shipped as a gift (billing/shipping should be different)?
- Billing name and address as it appears on the statement
- Confirm goods are not being shipped to a freight forwarding service outside of the US
- Confirm card/account being used (please do not include card details) has not been recently reported with fraudulent activity, or as lost or stolen
Once submitted we will present it to the payment processor to review your purchase. You may also want to reach out to your bank or card company as well
